Kate Hastings – Sports Massage Therapist
Kate is a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist and holds the Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy. She is also a member of the Sports Therapy Association.
Kate’s passion for running, cycling and training led her to qualify as a Sports Massage Therapist which allows her to work in an area she loves. She offers a bespoke tailored service to all her clients using a range of various different massage techniques as well as postural analysis. Kate has worked with Rugby players, runners, cyclists and triathletes to name but a few and offers a range of techniques to suit the needs of the individual.
