Your treatment plan and appropriate self management will be discussed with you which may include home exercises and/or progression to one of our Pilates classes.  You will also be given an indication of the number of sessions you will require.

Here at Hallam Physiotherapy we believe it is of utmost importance to fully understand your broader situation and lifestyle as this will effect your ongoing treatment and recovery.
