Juliette is a Chartered Physiotherapist and qualified Pilates and Pilates Reformer Instructor.  Juliette brings her expertise in Reformer based pilates exercise to Hallam Physiotherapy where she instructs our Pilates and Reformer classes as well as seeing patients on a one to one basis

Suzanne Wheatley

Suzanne is a Chartered physiotherapist, registered with the HCPC with broad clinical experience including working with Burns, Plastics & Hand Trauma and Musculoskeletal out-patients treating a variety of conditions.

Pavlina Fialova

Pavlina has a Distinction level Post Graduate Diploma in Acupuncture having studied for three years at the Northern College of Acupuncture.

Pavlina can treat specific symptoms/conditions, maintain good health and improve patients’ general sense of wellbeing. Because traditional acupuncture aims to treat the whole person rather than specific symptoms in isolation, it can be effective for a range of conditions.

Kate Hastings

Kate is a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist and holds the Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy. She is also a member of the Sports Therapy Association.

Kate says “Sports Massage is the most effective therapy for releasing muscle tension and restoring balance to the musculo-skeletal system.

Introducing Jayne Langdale our Yoga Teacher.  Jayne’s expertise in all things Yoga brings a new dimension to the Studio. Jayne will be taking Yoga classes at the studio Monday afternoons and evenings.

Sandie Clough

Sandie graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2008 with a first class honours degree in Physiotherapy. She is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and is registered with the Health Professionals Council. Sandie works full time as a physiotherapist. She completed her matwork and class instructor Pilates training with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI) whilst gaining her Physiotherapy degree and has been teaching ever since.

Caroline Chaves

Caroline has 5 years of experience working with mat and apparatus Pilates.

Having worked with a wide range of clients, she has developed a special interest in postural and chronic problems.  One of her passions is to understand the movements and abilities of the human body, and for that reason, sports and dancing have been present in her life from a very early age.  She became a belly dancing instructor aged 16 and most recently has become a qualified Zumba instructor.
