Pilates Reformer Instructor – Juliette Hinchcliffe BSC(Hons)
Juliette graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2005 with a first class honours degree in Physiotherapy. She is a Chartered Physiotherapist and is registered with the Health Professions Council. Juliette has worked extensively within the NHS and private sector and has a particular interest in treating neck and back pain and in improving posture. Having worked as a senior physiotherapist in women’s health, she also has a specific interest in treating antenatal and postnatal clients. Juliette regularly attends courses to ensure continued professional development.
Juliette has an exercise based rehabilitation approach to therapy. She has completed full Pilates matwork and equipment training through the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI) and has been teaching Pilates for over three years. Juliette teaches both 1:1 and group matwork and equipment Pilates sessions and has found Pilates to be of particular benefit to clients with chronic pain and antenatal and postnatal clients. Juliette is our head Pilates Reformer instructor taking the majority of our reformer classes.
Juliette brings her expertise in Reformer based pilates exercise to Hallam Physiotherapy & Pilates where she offers one to one reformer sessions specifically designed to promote strengthening, repair and rehabilitation and are especially excellent for helping you return to exercise after injury, pregnancy or a long lay off for whatever reason.
